Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which:
(1) In the case of a purchase contract:
you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.
(2) In the case of an order for several goods delivered separately:
you or a third party designated by you receive the last item.
(3) In the case of delivery in several partial shipments or pieces:
you receive the last partial shipment or last piece.
(4) In the case of regular delivery of goods over a defined period:
you receive the first delivery.
If several options apply, the relevant date is the latest.
How to exercise the withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Baby’s Best Care GmbH, support@babysbestcare.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email or postal letter).
You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
The withdrawal period is met if your notification is sent before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method).
Refunds will be issued without delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back.

The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Compensation for diminished value
You are only liable for loss in value of the goods if such loss results from handling not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with § 312g (2) No. 3 German Civil Code:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods
that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
if the seal was removed after delivery.
